Can I align goals to company objectives?

Yes, when setting a new goal you should align this to one or more of the company objectives. You'll see the Goal alignment section in the New individual goal modal, where you'll select your company objective from the drop-down list.

You should go to Goals > Company objectives and familiarize yourself with the organization's strategic goals before you set your individual goals.
