As a Sales Support Specialist at PeopleGoal, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales operations. You will work closely with the sales team, providing administrative and operational support to help streamline sales processes, manage customer inquiries, and contribute to the overall success of our sales efforts.
Administrative Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as order processing, sales reports, and document preparation.
Customer Inquiries: Serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales representatives.
Sales Process Coordination: Coordinate various aspects of the sales process, including scheduling meetings, tracking leads, and managing sales materials.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data in our CRM system.
Documentation: Prepare and organize sales documentation, proposals, and contracts.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.
