Position Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at PeopleGoal, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential customers, generating interest in our HR and talent management solutions, and setting up initial meetings for our sales team. This role is pivotal in building a strong pipeline of qualified leads and driving the success of PeopleGoal.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect Identification: Utilize various sources, including online research, social media, and industry events, to identify potential leads and prospects.

  2. Outreach: Initiate and maintain outbound communication via phone, email, and social media to introduce PeopleGoal's innovative HR solutions and create interest among prospects.

  3. Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding their specific HR and talent management needs, budget, and timeline, ensuring they meet our criteria as potential customers.

  4. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule introductory meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, providing them with the necessary background information to facilitate the sales process.

  5. Effective Communication: Clearly and persuasively communicate PeopleGoal's value proposition, tailoring your messaging to address the unique challenges and objectives of each prospect.

  6. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and lead data in PeopleGoal's CRM system.

  7. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to align on strategies, share insights from prospect interactions, and continuously refine our approach.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Previous experience in sales development or lead generation is advantageous but not required.
