As a Renewals Specialist at PeopleGoal, you will be a crucial part of ensuring the ongoing satisfaction of our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be managing the renewal process for our HR and talent management solutions, working closely with customers to secure renewals, and contributing to the growth of our recurring revenue.
Customer Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with our existing customers, serving as their main point of contact for renewals.
Renewal Management: Proactively manage the renewal process, including contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and terms adjustments.
Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, providing solutions to ensure a seamless renewal process.
Contract Review: Review and understand existing contracts, ensuring that renewals align with customer needs and expectations.
Forecasting: Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to forecast renewals, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and renewal details in our CRM system.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong track record of customer relationship management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
