As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at PeopleGoal, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and expanding our customer base. Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads and prospects through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events.
Outreach: Initiate outbound communication via phone, email, and social media to engage with prospects and create interest in PeopleGoal's innovative HR and talent management solutions.
Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, and timeline, ensuring that they meet our criteria for potential customers.
Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, providing detailed information to facilitate the sales process.
Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate PeopleGoal's value proposition and tailor messaging to address the specific needs and pain points of each prospect.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and leads in PeopleGoal's CRM system.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to align on strategies and provide valuable insights based on prospect interactions.
