Position Overview:

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at PeopleGoal, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads and prospects, initiating meaningful conversations, and setting up meetings for our sales team. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your sales and communication skills while contributing to the success of PeopleGoal.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads and prospects through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events.

Outreach: Initiate outbound communication via phone, email, and social media to engage with prospects and create interest in PeopleGoal's innovative HR and talent management solutions.

Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, and timeline, ensuring that they meet our criteria for potential customers.

Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, providing detailed information to facilitate the sales process.

Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate PeopleGoal's value proposition and tailor messaging to address the specific needs and pain points of each prospect.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and leads in PeopleGoal's CRM system.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to align on strategies and provide valuable insights based on prospect interactions.


  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  5. Self-motivated and target-driven.
  6. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  7. Previous experience in sales or lead generation is advantageous but not mandatory.
