How do I complete performance reviews for my employees?

Once an employee completes their self assessment you will receive a notification to provide your manager's assessment. Managers cannot provide their assessment before the employee has submitted their self assessment.

Follow the notification link or go to your PeopleGoal account and select Reviews > Reviews overview > Direct reports. Check the review status and click 'Provide assessment' on any reviews needing a manager's assesssment. Once you're done, click Submit assessment to send your review on to the next step in the process.
