Once anyone completes a feedback form the score is logged in PeopleGoal. We summarize these average feedback scores and present this in a 5 x 5 chart so you can easily understand how you and your team performed in each feedback question. You'll find this under the Reports module.
You will need to have both dimensions on feedback ratings switched on to generate this report. Having two dimensions of ratings allows you to rate not only the actual performance of your team members but their potential performance as well.
