Yes, you can (and should!) set goals for your teams and departments. These work just like individual goals but will be visible to all members of that specific team or department. Individual goals should be aligned to team/department objectives so that colleagues can work collaboratively towards the same goal. Similarly, team/department goals should be aligned to company objectives to keep everyone aligned and on track with the business strategy.
Create a new team or deparment goal on the left-hand application menu, under the Goals module.
